I am not a drill sergeant, nor will I ever approach you in this way. Fitness needs to be sustainable in order to be successful = Fitnessful.

In fact, it should be fun. We are covered in muscle, we are made to move.

FAQ

Will this take up a lot of my time?

Not at all. It is designed so that you get the best results within the least amount of time.

Is it true that I can really eat whatever I want and still lose fat?

Yes! You won't be stuffin your face with burgers and fries day in and day out, but yes. It is almost a requierment that you indulge ypurself in your favorite foods on a regular basis.

I tried sticking to other nutrition plans before... Does it require precise food measuring?

Absolutely not! in fact, I consider that to be highly unsustaimable approach to nutrition. This approach won't require any type of complex food measuring at all.

Give it to me straight... What kind of results can I expect from this?

I can tell you that I went from 18% body fat and 90kg to 4.5% body fat and 75kg in around 60-75 days.

These are however "Straight Outta The Ordinary" results from a non beginner.

What you can realistically expect is a drop of 1% body fat per week. Here is an image for better reference.

It doesn't really matter how much weight you lose. It's not about weight. It's about your body recomposition.
