The harsh truth is you need 2 things to succeed in obtaining your desired
body for the long run:
I had fire that would burn through the fabric of space... but I had a poor system.
And it got me... well, not that far.
On the left I was working out 6 days per week, busting out 2 hour workout sessions each time.
On the right, I did 3 one hour workouts per week after figuring out a few things = 4.5% Body Fat.
So it took me 4 times less to get way better results. That's the power I would like to give you.
Zero calorie or food measuring.
I mean who has time for that??
You have other things to do.
What strikes me the most is that I have been eating so much ice cream and "fast food" while achieving these results, it really makes your head spin 🙂
You see, knowledge is... time really.
The more efficient your workouts are, the more time you have for other things.
I am not a drill sergeant, nor will I ever approach you in this way. Fitness needs to be sustainable in order to be successful = Fitnessful.

Yes! You won't be stuffin your face with burgers and fries day in and day out, but yes. It is almost a requierment that you indulge ypurself in your favorite foods on a regular basis.
Absolutely not! in fact, I consider that to be highly unsustaimable approach to nutrition. This approach won't require any type of complex food measuring at all.
I can tell you that I went from 18% body fat and 90kg to 4.5% body fat and 75kg in around 60-75 days.
These are however "Straight Outta The Ordinary" results from a non beginner.
What you can realistically expect is a drop of 1% body fat per week. Here is an image for better reference.
It doesn't really matter how much weight you lose. It's not about weight. It's about your body recomposition.
